At what age should my child have their first dental visit?
We recommend scheduling an appointment by their first birthday or within six months of their first tooth erupting.
How often should my child come in for a checkup?
For most children, a visit every 6 months is ideal. This allows us to professionally clean their teeth and monitor the development of their jaw and permanent teeth.
My child is very anxious. How do you handle "fussy" patients?
We use a “Tell-Show-Do” approach: we tell them what we’re doing in kid-friendly language, show them the tools (like the “tooth tickler“), and then do the procedure.
How long does treatment take and how often are visits?
A typical visit takes about 30 to 45 minutes, giving us just enough time to count their teeth, polish their smile, and get them back to playing!
